Is It Normal to like Justin Beiber, But only because of How he acts and stuff?

I mean, first of all, don't be trollin' around saying i'm a fangirl or any of that jank,because I'm obviously not.If you must know, I'm not particularly interested in guys that have the voice of a ten-year-old girl. But Justin Beiber is at least one of those decent people. I mean, He does all kinds of Charity work and stuff, and If you think about it, Rebecca Black's "friday" makes every single song he wrote look like Edgar Allen Poe....So Is this normal? Cause every other girl I know, Except for My best friend, Are kinda Hatin' On Beiber.And Cody Simpson. And Every other retarded Disney actor/actress/prop.
