How to write an acting resume?

hey im 15 years old i've have been taking acting classes for 5 months and i have done 3 school productions and 1 showcase. i have done no acting jobs but i want to get started. so i want to write an acting resume but i have no idea what to write or how to set it out? can you please show me pictures? or tell how to. preferebly pictures thanks :)
