How to make a ps3 unaccesable without a password?

my sister thinks that she can get on anytime without mypermission!!! I know retarded right??? any way she has messed up several things of mine or else i wudnt have a problem with it!!!!! And i need a password so i can stop carrying around my wires and controllers.. Thanks for any help
