My PS3 account got banned?

It says "You cannot use PlayStation Network with this account" and there's an error code. I believe it is for offensive language. I got no email or message telling me how long it will last. I said to someone, through messages, that they were a "retarded B****" and a "stupid w h o r e" Will i ever get this account back? I've earned so many trophies on it and i really don't want to lose it. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
