Why does Newegg sell irons?

I'm always seeing ads on the side of youtube videos for Newegg, showcasing things like CPUs, mobos, case fans, etc. with the Newegg slogan, "Take it from a geek" along the bottom of the ad. Nothing strange there, right? Well, as of a couple months ago, that wasn't the case. There were the same ads: logo, slogan, and background, only this time I saw two motherboards and two clothes irons in the product images! This confused me greatly, as the slogan says "Take it from a geek"... do all geeks possess otherworldly wrinkle-fighting powers or something? Please explain this to me, because I also saw 2 oscillating fans and a toaster in one of their ads the other day.
