What would happen in "Saw 8"?

Give a few suggestions of what could happen? Here's What I think might happen: Detective Hoffman either breaks his ankle with the toilet-tank lid or bite his own foot off. And then seeks revenge on Dr. Gordon. This question is for the Saw fans only.
